Creating tasks by voice

Don’t feel like typing? When creating a task, you can simply say it out loud instead of typing it in.

How it works

On the task creation screen, tap the microphone icon and speak your task naturally, for example: “Wash the swarm nets next week.”

What the AI does with it

The AI automatically figures out a suitable title and writes a description. If you mentioned a timeframe, it also suggests a due date right away.

Review before saving

Everything the AI picked up is shown to you afterwards for review. Adjust the title, description, or date if needed before saving the task — so you always stay in full control, even when you created it by voice.

When it’s worth it

Dictating a task is especially handy when you’re standing at the apiary with your hands full and don’t want to waste time typing. One sentence is enough, and the task is ready to go.
