Creating and managing tasks in the calendar
Whether it’s for a single apiary, a colony, or just for yourself in general — tasks help you keep track of what’s coming up next.
Creating a task
Create a task directly from an apiary or a colony, or open your personal task list from the menu. Give it a free-text title, optionally add a description, and set a due date if you like. Without a date, the task automatically lands in the Undated list.
Scheduling tasks in the calendar
Next to the month calendar you’ll see your undated tasks. Just drag a task onto a day in the calendar to schedule it — or drag it back into the list if you’re not ready to commit to a date yet.
Grouped by apiary and colony
All tasks are automatically grouped by which apiary or colony they belong to. Tap a group to jump straight to that apiary or colony.
Completing, editing, or deleting a task
Mark a task done — with a short confirmation — or open it again to edit it. You can delete tasks you no longer need. Use the search to quickly find a specific task among all your entries.
Good to know
Tasks are always one-off entries — there’s currently no feature for recurring or repeating tasks.
