Inspecting by voice: just dictate it

Instead of tapping every point on the checklist one by one, you can simply say your observations out loud during the inspection — the app takes care of the rest.

How it works

On a colony’s checklist you’ll find a microphone icon. Tap it and briefly say what you’re observing, for example: “I saw freshly laid eggs, the colony is calm.”

The app uses AI to automatically turn your spoken note into matching values for the checklist’s checkpoints — such as the traffic-light status, the single-choice scale, individual checkboxes, or the notes field.

Review instead of blindly accepting

After the app has processed what you said, it shows you the recognized values for review. You can correct them at any time before continuing the inspection — the AI is a helper, but you always make the final call.

When this is useful

This feature is especially handy when your hands are busy working the colony: you don’t need to take off your gloves or put the device down to type something. A short spoken sentence is enough, and the matching checklist points are already filled in by the time you move on.
