Understanding AI Usage and Topping Up Tokens

All of bee-pilot.io’s AI features — such as inspection support, the Magic Button chat, automatic summaries, weekly reports, checklist detection, task dictation, and voice colony inspection — run on a monthly token allowance included in your plan. The AI Usage tab under Your Profile and Plans shows you where things stand.

Your current usage

A progress bar shows you at a glance how many tokens you’ve already used in the current period, and what your total budget is. Next to it, you can see when your allowance will renew next.

Your usage history in detail

Below that, you’ll find a log of all your AI sessions that you can page through. Entries are grouped by which feature used the tokens, so you can see what your allowance is being spent on. You can also page back through past billing periods.

Buying additional tokens

If it looks like your allowance won’t be enough, or it’s already used up, you can buy an additional token package — optionally with a voucher code. The charge goes through your payment method on file.

Requirement

To make a purchase, you need an active subscription and a fully completed profile. If either is missing, you’ll be guided there first before you can complete the purchase.
