Managing Your Profile and Billing Details

You manage your profile and billing details in the Your Profile and Plans area of the menu, under the Profile tab.

What you can enter here

• Company name and VAT ID: for business accounts, you can enter your VAT identification number here. A status indicator shows whether it has already been verified.
• First and last name
• Address: enter it manually, or use Use my location to have the fields filled in automatically based on your GPS location.
• Phone number: first choose your country code from the dropdown, then enter your number.
• Newsletter: a toggle lets you decide whether you want to receive the newsletter.

Your email address

Your email address is shown here, but it can’t be changed in this area. It’s marked as Verified because it was confirmed through your account.

Note for business accounts

If you’ve entered a VAT ID, you’ll see a note about the reverse-charge procedure next to your billing details, if it applies to you.

Privacy

At the bottom of the page you’ll find a short privacy notice explaining how your data is used.

Why this matters

Complete and accurate profile data makes sure your invoices are issued correctly and that you can be reached quickly when needed — for example about your subscription or a support request.
