Detecting mite counts from a photo

For measuring methods that require a mite count, you can skip the manual counting and have a photo evaluated instead.

How it works

When you enter the mite count field, the Analyze photo button appears. Tap it to take a photo of the mite tray, or choose an existing photo from your gallery.

Accepting and correcting the result

The app automatically detects the mite count in the photo using AI and enters it directly into the field — without an extra confirmation step. If the detected value doesn’t seem plausible, you can always correct it using the plus/minus buttons or by entering a value directly.

If the mite count couldn’t be detected in the photo, the app lets you know and you simply enter the value manually.
