Voice Inspection: inspecting by phone call

With Voice Inspection you can do a completely hands-free inspection — the app simply calls you.

Starting a call

On a colony’s checklist, choose Voice Inspection and then the phone call option. The app then calls your own phone number, the one stored in your profile. German, Austrian, and Swiss numbers are currently supported.

During the call

Answer the call and simply talk through what you observe at each colony. Your hands stay free for the actual beekeeping work the whole time — no tapping, no typing on the screen.

Before you start

For the call to reach you, your phone number needs to be set correctly in your profile. It’s best to check this once before using Voice Inspection for the first time.

Mind your AI usage quota

Voice Inspection uses part of your AI usage quota (tokens or minutes). If you run out, the app offers you the option to buy more. You can find more on this in the AI usage article.
