Changing Your Payment Method

You also manage your payment method under Your Profile and Plans, in the My Subscription tab.

Viewing your current payment method

Here you can see which payment method is currently on file — for example a credit card or SEPA direct debit, each shown with the last digits or identifiers so you can recognize it.

Changing or adding a payment method

Tap Change/Add to open a secure payment form. This is provided by our payment provider, Stripe, so your card details or bank information are stored directly and securely with Stripe — bee-pilot.io never stores this data itself.

Enter your new card or bank details there and confirm. Your new payment method is then used for future charges, such as when your subscription renews or when you buy a token package.

Good to know

A payment method on file is required to start a subscription or buy additional tokens. Make sure your details are up to date so payments don’t fail.
