Understanding and Managing Your Subscription

Under Your Profile and Plans, the My Subscription tab has everything related to your subscription — from your current status to switching plans.

Your status at a glance

At the top you can see whether your subscription is currently Active, in the Trial period, or Cancelled. You’ll also see the price of your plan and, depending on your status, the date of the next renewal or the date your subscription ends.

Cancelling or reactivating your subscription

If your subscription is active, you can cancel it directly here. If you’ve already cancelled but changed your mind, you can reactivate it just as easily, as long as the term hasn’t expired yet.

Comparing and switching plans

Further down, you’ll see all available plans compared side by side. Each plan shows how many colonies it covers and which features are included. If you find a plan that suits you better, tap Buy now.

How switching works

The purchase takes you through a short checkout process. You can optionally enter a voucher or promo code before completing the order. Once the purchase is complete, your new plan is active immediately.
