“Bring fondant next time” is what you think at the apiary and no longer know at home. A task is created where it occurs to you: spoken, in two seconds, tied to apiary and colony. On your next visit it is in front of you again.
Create tasks where they arise — by voice or right in the app
A task occurs to you at the apiary, not at the desk. Speak it into the voice dialogue and it is filed. Or say it in the middle of a voice inspection — on the phone or through the app’s voice function — and the AI files it for you. If you would rather type, type: the same form, the due date in one tap.
Tied to an apiary and a colony — or to nothing at all
“Order frames” needs no apiary, so a task is allowed to stand on its own. If it belongs somewhere, you assign it to an apiary; if it concerns a single colony, to that colony as well. After that you find it where you need it: at the apiary before you drive out, on the colony record. Anyone heading to the forest apiary sees the three things to do there — not the twenty from every apiary.
Recurring work plans itself
Feeding, treatment, inspection: whatever comes back at fixed intervals is set up once and then appears by itself. The calendar shows what piles up in which week — before everything lands on one weekend.
What is still open comes to you
Open tasks sit on the colony record — and in the weekly summary, if you have switched it on: an AI-written email about your colonies, your activities and your open tasks, on the weekday you choose. If you do not need it, leave it off.
