Exporting Your Data (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of all the data bee-pilot.io stores about you. You can request this export in the Account tab under Your Profile and Plans.

Requesting an export

Tap the corresponding button to start a full export of your account data. For technical reasons, you can only request this export once every 30 days at most.

Tracking the status

On the same page, you can see at any time how far your request has progressed:

• Queued: your request has been received and is waiting to be processed.
• In progress: your export is currently being put together.
• Ready: your export is ready to download.
• Failed: something went wrong with the export. If this happens, please contact support.

Downloading the export

Once the status changes to Ready, a download button appears that lets you download your data.

Good to know

Since a new request is only possible again after 30 days, it’s worth downloading and safely storing the finished export right away.
