If you want to work on paper, work on paper. The checklist can be printed, filled in and then photographed — the values land automatically with the right colony. The switch does not have to happen in one day.
You end with a summary, not a data heap
After the round, the AI summarises what stands out: which colonies deviate, where a value is out of line, what is due in the coming weeks. That is the difference between recording and knowing.
