The hive record that does not soften in the rain
A card under the lid lasts one summer. After that it is wavy, April’s pencil line unreadable, and nobody can answer “when was the last treatment?”. The digital hive record keeps what you enter — permanently, searchable, and attached to exactly the colony it belongs to.
Made for gloved hands
Large targets, few inputs, everything within reach of one hand. Frequent entries come first, rare ones behind. Nobody typing at the hive has calm or dry fingers — the interface is built for that.
A hive card in containers: you decide what you see
Hive data, assessment, queen, tasks, actions, photos, analysis, inspections, varroa, measurements — every area is its own container. You drag them into the order that suits your work, resize them, and switch off whatever you never need. Someone who only keeps inspections and varroa sees only that. The arrangement is saved and applies to every colony.
A colony’s history stays readable
Requeened, split, united, moved: the history stays with the colony even when the stand or the queen changes. For breeding that is the foundation — without a documented past, an assessment is just an opinion. Part of it writes itself: whatever an inspection changes appears afterwards as an entry in the log — with date, old value and new.
